New Delhi: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the recruitment notification for the post of Grade B Officer. It has released the RBI Grade B recruitment 2025 notification for a total of 120 vacancies in the General stream, DEPR (Department of Economic and Policy Research) and DISM (Department of Statistics and Information Management).
Interested candidates who meet the eligibility conditions set by the RBI can register for the Grade B Officers post through the official website at rbi.org.in. The online registration window will be available between September 10 and 30, 2025. The selection of candidates will be based on the written examination followed by an interview.
The exam authority has announced that the RBI Grade B (General) stream exam for Phase 1 will be held on October 18, 2025. For DEPR and DSIM, the exam will be held on October 19, 2025. The pahse 2 exam for all streams will be held on December 6, 2025.

RBI Grade B eligibility criteria
Candidates must have passed a graduation in any discipline with at least 60 per cent marks to register for the RBi Grade B recruitment 2025. For the DEPR stream, one must have a master's degree in economics, finance, econometrics or a relevant field with 55 per cent marks. For DISM stream, one must have passed a master's in statistics, mathematical statistics, mathematical economics, or related fields. The age limit is 21 to 30 years as on July 1, 2025.
