CAT 2025 registration begins at iimcat.ac.in; apply online by September 13

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their IIM CAT 2025 application forms till September 13 on the official website at iimcat.ac.in. The entrance exam will be conducted on November 30, 2025.

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has started the registration process of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 today, August 1. It has opened the online application window at 9:45 am on August 1. All the candidates who satisfy the eligibility conditions can apply online for IIM CAT 2025 entrance exam on the official website at iimcat.ac.in. 

The online registration window for CAT 2025 exam will be available from August 1 to September 13. The CAT 2025 entrance exam will be conducted in three slots on November 30, 2025. This management entrance exam is conducted for admission to more than 20 IIMs and other prestigious B-schools across the countr

How to apply online for IIM CAT 2025?

Step 1: Open the official website of IIM CAT at iimcat.ac.in

Step 2: Find the Registration tab on the homepage 

Step 3: Start the application process with basic details 

Step 4: Fill in the IIM CAT application form with all details including academic and personal 

Step 5: Pay the CAT application fee 

Step 6: Scan and upload all the required documents 

Step 7: Submit the CAT 2025 registration form 

Step 8: Download and take a printout of application form for future reference 

CAT eligibility criteria

Candidates must have a valid bachelor's degree to register for CAT entrance exam. One must have at least 50 per cent marks in a bachelor's degree. It is 45 per cent marks for SC, ST, and PwD candidates. Aspirants must note that final-year graduates who are aiming to appear for the exam can also apply for the exam. 

Candidates need to pay Rs 3,000 to register for the CAT exam. However, it is Rs 1300 for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories.
