Armaan Malik's second wife, Kritika Malik, has announced her pregnancy with a heartfelt Instagram post. The news comes just days after a Patiala court summoned Armaan and both his wives over allegations of violating the Hindu Marriage Act.
New Delhi: YouTuber and Bigg Boss alum Armaan Malik has added yet another chapter to his controversial family saga. His second wife, Kritika Malik, who recently emerged as a finalist on Bigg Boss OTT 3, has revealed that she is expecting her second child with the YouTuber.
The announcement was made on Instagram, where Kritika shared a series of pictures holding a pregnancy test kit while flashing a wide smile. What caught fans’ attention was the presence of Armaan’s first wife, Payal Malik, who posed alongside her.

In the caption, Armaan added a comment, "Ghar Mai khushiyaan aane vale hai.” The pregnancy revelation has coincided with a difficult time for the family. Just days ago, a district court in Patiala issued a summons to Armaan and both his wives, asking them to appear on September 2.

The notices were served following a petition filed by Davinder Rajput, who alleged that Armaan had not two, but four wives. He also accused the YouTuber of violating the Hindu Marriage Act, which permits only one marriage at a time for those practising Hinduism.
Armaan’s unconventional marital journey has long remained in the spotlight. He married Payal in 2011, and the couple welcomed a son, Chirayu. In 2018, without legally ending his first marriage, Armaan tied the knot with Payal’s best friend, Kritika. The couple later welcomed a son named Zaid.
The trio’s dynamics became a national talking point after they entered Bigg Boss OTT 3 in 2024. Payal was the first to be evicted, Armaan exited in the finale week, and Kritika secured a place among the finalists. However, their joint appearance invited backlash, with many accusing them of glorifying polygamy.
When Payal Malik wanted to divorce Armaan Malik
Following her elimination, Payal had even expressed her intention to divorce Armaan, citing the immense hate directed at her children. "I am done with the drama and the hate. As long as it was about me, I was okay but now the hate is coming to my kids. This is so shocking and disgusting. I have decided to part ways with Armaan for the same reason. He can stay with Kritika while I’ll take care of the kids,” she said in a vlog.
Yet, in another emotional vlog, Payal retracted her statement, stressing she would rather die than separate from her husband. She added, "I am back with some positivity. Things will be fine soon. Your love and support will be with us.”
