Her announcement will be shown in the upcoming episode of the show, in which she is seen in tears while she watches her old video of the serial, Balika Vadhu. In the video, AI transformation takes place where Jagdish's face gets exchanged with that of Milind. After which she announces by saying,'' I’ve grown up in front of Colors audience, and now, I want to celebrate this milestone with them too. To everyone who embraced me as the Balika Vadhu all those years ago, I now ask for your blessings as I become a real-life vadhu. Later, she thanked her first serial, Balika Vadhu, which gave her the wings to fly. She paid gratitude to the makers who gave her this chance and said that the serial taught her a lot of things. Especially to make decisions in life and to shape one's destiny. She says that now, when she returns to the Colors channel, she will be the confident lady and not as Baalika.

Avika also shared her thoughts about Milind and said that she always knew that he was the one, and it's the easiest thing in the world to be with him. She also said that Milind has seen her beyond the roles. She later added that they both are imperfect, but that's the thing that makes them authentic. Avika and Milind have been together from the year 2020.
