New Delhi: Singer-composer Amaal Mallik, celebrated for his chart-topping Bollywood tracks, is making waves inside the Bigg Boss 19 house. Known to audiences primarily through his soulful music, the 35-year-old is now showing viewers an entirely new side of his personality.
Having swapped recording studios for the high-voltage atmosphere of Bigg Boss, Amaal has quickly emerged as one of the standout contestants. His playful banter and easy rapport with fellow housemates have drawn attention, but it was his heartfelt confession about his love life that truly set social media buzzing.
In a video clip from the latest episode, Amaal was seen speaking directly to the camera, dedicating a message to a woman he referred to as his “special person.” His words immediately went viral, leaving fans wondering if the musician is indeed single.
He said, “I would like to say to my special person, who has not yet become special, who may be afraid that I have gone here, I will do something wrong here, or I will find someone here, it is not like that at all… I am missing you a lot. I hope we can meet again.”
While his professional career has always been in the spotlight, Amaal has kept his personal life relatively private. Earlier this year, he made headlines with a controversial tweet about distancing himself from family ties and speaking about his struggle with depression. His openness inside the Bigg Boss house is now being celebrated as a refreshing shift.
In an interview with Siddharth Kanan, Amaal had disclosed that a former girlfriend ended their relationship due to his religion. “The girl I was in a relationship with at that point in time married someone else,” he revealed, recalling how she confessed her decision just before one of his gigs.
