Mumbai: A wide variety of movies are out in the theatres for cinephiles to enjoy. While started slow at the box office and are trying to pick up pace, others had a strong beginning. Here's how the latest releases are doing at the box office:
Mastiii 4 box office collection
The film, starring Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Aftab Shivdasani, was released on November 21 and showcased a slow start. Though it was believed that the comedy movie would pick up pace over time, the numbers showed the contrary. The movie recorded Rs 2.75 crore on day 1. As of today, the movie has collected a total of Rs 8.50 crore.
120 Bahadur box office collection
The release of the Farhan Akhtar movie clashed with Mastiii 4 and registered a slow beginning with mixed reviews. The total box collection of the 120 Bahadur now stands at Rs. 9.60 crore net. It includes Rs. 10 lakh of paid previews, which were organised four days before the release date.
De De Pyaar De 2 box office collection
The comedy romance movie is performing well at the box office. The movie featuring Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh was released on November 14. According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 4 crore on its second Saturday. The total collection has come up to Rs 57.35 crore.
Kaantha box office collection
Dulquer Salmaan's movie Kaantha started with a good pace. As of today, the film has earned Rs 21.52 crore net in India. The film earned Rs 20.75 crore in the first week. However, it registered a sharp decline on the second Friday. The film was directed by Selvamani Selvaraj.
The Girlfriend box office collection
The romantic drama, starring Rashmika Mandanna, earned Rs 15.92 crore after 11 days. According to Sacnilk, it has worldwide grossed Rs 17.97 crore. The audience of the film embraced the movie, touted as an emotional rollercoaster.

The courtroom drama, directed by Suparn S. Varma, featuring Yami Gautam Dhar and Emraan Hashmi, earned a total of Rs 18.30 lakh at the end of the second week. The plot of the movie was motivated by the 1985 landmark Supreme Court case "Mohd. Ahmed Khan vs. Shah Bano Begum".
