New Delhi: Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 celebrations have begun across India in full swing. Bollywood and television celebrities welcome Ganapati Bappa in their homes in a grand way as they commemorate the festivities. Several celebrities every year bring Ganesh idol home and celebrate the festival with fervour.
This year was no different. While Ambanis welcomed Antilia Cha Raja, other celebrities, including Bharti Singh, Sonu Sood, Ankita Lokhande, Smriti Irani, Arjun Bijlani, and Kapil Sharma also brought Bappa home. Now, several videos and pictures went viral on social media.
In a video, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are seen welcoming Ganapati to their home as they gear up to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi 2025. Amid the heavy security, Anant accompany the Ganesh idol into the residence, marking family’s annual tradition.
Comedians Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa were seen bring Bappa home with their son Gola. She said, “My son becomes extremely happy when it comes to festivals. Be it Holi, Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi, he loves every festival. I want every festival to arrive as soon as possible."
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 actress Smriti Irani also took to her social media handle to share glimpse of Ganesh idol at her home. She captioned the post, “Bappa comes home #ganeshchaturthi #ganapatibappamorya.”
Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma also shared the festive moments on Instagram as he welcomed Ganesh idol at his home.
Other celebrities who brought Bappa home are Arjun Bijlani, Arti Singh, Yuvika Chaudhary, Sonu Sood, Hansika Motwani, Dhanashree Verma, Ankita Lokhande Pearl V Puri, Manish Malhotra, Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee, among others.
