Hari Hara Veera Malu on OTT: Pawan Kalyan's historical drama makes digital debut

New Delhi: Pawan Kalyan’s historical epic, Hari Hara Veera Malu, also starring Bobby Deol, has made its digital debut. The film was released in theatres on July 24, 2025 and was opened to mixed reviews. The movie is produced by AM Rathnam and is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and AM Jyothi Krishna.

Made on a big budget, the film faced multiple delays. The fans were of the opinion that the film would have released earlier, considering its massive budget and lukewarm response.

The film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, starring Pawan Kalyan, Bobby Deol, and Nidhhi Agerwal, premiered on Amazon Prime Video on August 20, 2025. Sharing the announcement, the online streaming platform wrote on Instagram, “After all the love and roar in theaters, our epic saga #HariHaraVeeraMallu is ready to conquer your screens on OTT! @primevideoin Powerstar @PawanKalyan #AMRathnam @iambobbydeol #SatyaRaj @dirkrish @jyothi_krisna @mmkeeravaani @hhvmfilm @megasuryaprod.”

Set against the Mughal era, the film follows Veera Mallu, an outlaw on a mission to retrieve the legendary Kohi-Noor diamond from Aurangzeb’s treasury. The role of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb is portrayed by Bobby Deol.

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 84.3 crore net in India and Rs 113.85 crore worldwide. Reportedly, the film was made on a budget of Rs 250-300 crore but tanked at the box office.
