Bollywood celebrates Independence Day 2025
Priyanka Chopra kept her gesture understated yet impactful, posting the hashtag #HappyIndependenceDay alongside a short clip of the national flag waving against a clear sky.
Actor Sonali Bendre chose a more thought-provoking route, uploading pictures of stray dogs with the reminder, "Independence Day reminds us – freedom should not be selective.”
Salman Khan marked Independence Day by sharing a monochrome video of himself singing Saare Jahan Se Accha. The visibly emotional actor ended with folded hands and his signature salaam, wishing fans "Happy Independence Day” alongside a tricolour poster.
Akshay Kumar, known for his patriotic on-screen roles, highlighted unsung heroes. "Freedom feels brighter when we care for the ground beneath our feet.
