Kannappa Box Office Collection
Vishnu Manchu’s much hyped movie collected Rs 9.35 crores on its first day of theatrical release. It earned Rs 7.15 crore on its second day, which leads to 23.53 per cent lesser earnings as compared to its first day. On the third day, the film grossed Rs 7.25 crores according to the Industry tracker Sacnilk’s early estimates. In total, the movie minted almost Rs 23.75 crore in its three days of theatrical release, which seems to have underperformed as compared to its expectations and hypes.
Maa
Kajol’s movie Maa was also highly anticipated, as the actress was back on the silver screen after almost three years of her continuous break from the movies. This movie was completely different from her roles in other movies. This film was a mixture of mythology and horror with strong VFX and a compelling storyline. Talking about the film’s earnings, on the first day of its theatrical release, the film earned Rs 9.35 crores, whereas on its second day of theatrical release, the film collected Rs 7.15 crores. On its third day, the film minted Rs 6.41 crore, which leads to Rs 22.91 crore in total as reported by the industry tracker Sacnilk.
F1
Brad Pitt’s movie F1, which was also released on June 27, has not earned much either. It only earned Rs 23.07 crores in total. On its first day, the movie grossed very low as compared to its hype, which was Rs 5.5 crores, while on the second day, the film earned Rs 7.75 crores, and on its third day, the film minted around Rs 1.67 crore only as reported by the industry tracker Sacknilk.
