Manish Malhotra shares his first hot funeral scene brief on talk show with Kajol and Twinkle

Mumbai: Manish Malhotra appeared on the celebrity chat show Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle, along with actress Sonakshi Sinha. The teaser dropped by Amazon Prime Video shared a glimpse of what could be expected from the recent chat show, hosted by Kajol and Twinkle. 

The fashion candidly spoke of his love for the maximilist style and also revealed that one of his first briefs was for a funeral scene, where the characters had to look hot. He also credited Kajol for pioneering the sneaker-lehenga trend much before it became popular on Instagram. 

Twinkle also teased the designer by saying that he disliked designing for some actor in specific. However, the designer smartly kept mum. 

Sonakshi, on the other hand, entertained everyone with her vibrancy and her knowledge of ‘Farma Kato’, the BTS fashion lingo, etc. She talked about her latest movie, Jatadhara, and stated that it took 24 hours to shoot the climax. According to the movie's team, the climax was "one of the most challenging ever mounted". 

"The climax is the soul of Jatadhara — it’s where two powerful forces of light and darkness collide. We wanted it to feel raw, real, and larger than life. What Sudheer Babu and Sonakshi Sinha have done is beyond dedication — it’s devotion," said producer Shivin Narang. He added, "They shot continuously for 24 hours over three days, giving everything physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s one of the toughest, most ambitious climaxes you’ll ever see on the big screen." 

During the talk show, Sonakshi even stated that she did her own stunts.
