New Delhi: This weekend saw some exciting numbers across Indian and international markets. From Bollywood’s strong performances to Hollywood’s massive domination, fresh releases and holdover titles added variety to the box office.

While Dhurandhar began its journey on a solid note, older hits like Tere Ishk Mein and Zootopia 2 continue to rake in impressive figures globally. Here’s a look at how each major release performed this week across regions and industries.

Bollywood’s latest release, Dhurandhar, starring an ensemble cast, collected Rs 27 crore net in India and Rs 32.5 crore gross worldwide. The film showed promising growth over the weekend, mainly performing well in mass circuits. Its strong opening gives it a good chance to sustain in the coming days.

Malayalam action drama Kalamkaval opened modestly with a net collection of Rs 4.75 crore in India and Rs 5.6 crore worldwide. The film received mixed audience reactions but held well in Kerala’s major cities. Further word of mouth could solidify its hold through the week.

Romantic drama Gustaakh Ishq, in its second week, managed Rs 1.69 crore in India net and Rs 2.01 crore worldwide. The collections dropped from their opening week, suggesting limited audience interest. Despite its emotionally charged storytelling, the film has struggled to attract a consistent audience.

Tamil release Revolver Rita added Rs 3.83 crore net in India and Rs 4.54 crore worldwide this week. The female-led action film held steady in Tamil Nadu, driven by good reviews and urban multiplex audiences. Its consistent run makes it one of the surprise performers.

Ranveer Singh and Janhvi Kapoor’s Tere Ishq Mein continues its glorious run with Rs 87.4 crore in India and Rs 112.75 crore worldwide. The romantic musical remains the top Bollywood grosser of the season, showing sustained collections despite new releases entering the market.

Disney’s animated blockbuster Zootopia 2 continues its phenomenal success story, earning a whopping Rs 5,601 crore worldwide and approximately Rs 13.4 crore gross in India. Backed by strong family appeal, the film dominates globally, becoming one of the biggest worldwide hits of 2025.

Telugu entertainer Andhra King Taluka stood firm with Rs 19.38 crore net from India and Rs 26.5 crore worldwide. The action-comedy performed especially well in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, while overseas collections contributed an additional Rs 4.75 crore to its total.

Action-war film 120 Bahadur continued to make steady progress, earning Rs 17.91 crore in India and Rs 23.66 crore globally. Despite competition from new releases, the film benefited from strong word-of-mouth and patriotic themes that found resonance across single screens and multiplexes.
