Is Dayawati the mastermind?

After conducting a thorough investigation, the police discovered that Vipin's mother Dayawati played a significant role in the killing of Nikki. It is believed that Dayawati brought the inflammable substance to Vipin. She instigated her son to kill Nikki and is an accomplice to her son. Dayawati has been absconding since Nikki's murder.

The victim's father Bhikhari Singh claimed that Dayawati orchestrated the entire conspiracy and instigated her son to kill Nikki. Instead of showing her son the right path, Dayawati incited him to commit murder. We should get justice, both should be hanged. He said that if strict action is not taken against the accused, he will go on a hunger strike.
