Bird’s Nest Drink

This luxury drink originated in China & Southeast Asia. You will be shocked to know that the drink is made from the saliva of a bird called the swiftlet. The drink is consumed after adding rock sugar to it. It has a gelatinous texture. 

Panda Dung Tea

Yes, as the name suggests, the tea is made from Panda excrement. The tea, sold at a high value in the market, is rich in antioxidants. The flavour is said to be earthy. 

Snake Wine 

Snake wine is a drink infused with a whole snake. To be precise, a snake is put into a jar filled with rice wine or whisky. This beverage is widely consumed in Vietnam, China and Southeast Asia for strength and vitality. 

Cheese Tea 

This tea is drunk in Taiwan and China. Green or black tea is mixed with cream cheese, giving it a sweet and salty taste. 

Seagull wine 

For the preparation of this drink, the bird seagull is fermented in water and then left to decompose. In the end, a beverage rich in alcohol is obtained. This drink is traditionally made by Inuits, an Indigenous population present in Canada, Alaska and parts of Greenland.
