Air pollution goes up as cold wave persists:
A cold wave and air pollution have gripped Hyderabad as the Air Quality Index (AQI) in the city has crossed 230, reaching dangerous levels.
The highest readings were recorded in Aminpur at 289 points, Gachibowli at 286, and Madhapur and Vittal Rao Nagar at 230 points. Air pollution has gone up in the city due to the cold weather and fog.
