New Delhi: Team India will take on New Zealand in the third ODI at the Holkar Stadium in Indore on Sunday, December 18. The three-match series is currently levelled at 1-1. Ahead of the final ODI, Indian captain Shubman Gill arrived in Indore with a special water purifier worth Rs 3 lakh.

According to an NDTV report, the purifier is capable of purifying even RO and packaged bottled water. Gill has reportedly installed the purifier inside his personal hotel room. The team manager, however, refused to comment on the matter and didn't clarify whether the move was linked to recent deaths caused by contaminated water in Indore.

Virat Kohli, Kuldeep Yadav offer prayer at Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain

Former India captain Virat Kohli, along with spinner Kuldeep Yadav, offered prayers at Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain on Saturday, January 17. After offering prayers at the temple, Kuldeep said that it was very good experience.

"It’s been 9 years since I first had darshan here. It brings a lot of joy and bliss. By the grace of God, everything is good, and if his grace remains, we will perform well in the World Cup," Kuldeep told ANI.

Kohli recently reclaimed the number 1 position in the ICC ODI rankings, replacing teammate Rohit Sharma. Kohli failed to deliver in the second ODI after becoming the number one ODI batter and scored just 23 runs in 29 balls. He has been in brilliant form for the Men in Blue and reached at the top spot after match-winning performances in the ODI series against South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
