Tata Safari Adventure X+ and Tata Harrier Adventure X walk around
Tata Motors recently introduced the Tata Safari Adventure X+ and Tata Harrier Adventure X, simplifying the trims and increasing features that make it the best bet in its segment.
New Delhi: Tata have revamped the entire lineup of the Harrier and Safari, making the trims much sharper and easier to navigate. The pricing of Harrier Adventure X starts at Rs 18.99 lakh and Rs 19.99 lakh for the Safari Adventure persona. The launch is positioning the two cars in a premium segment that is comparatively unchallenged to a great extent.
The Harrier, at present, only faces competition from the Jeep Compass and Hyundai Creta in its segment, while the Safari has the Mahindra XUV 700 as the other option to choose from. However, Tata offers their cars with premium features at a much lower price. Although the styling remains more or less the same, both cars have a range of new colours
Features include 26.03 cm Ultra-View Twin Screen System, Aqua Sense Wipers and Multi driving modes that include city, sport and eco, along with segment-first components like ADAS with adaptive Cruise Control, 360-degree HD surround view, Trail Hold EPB with Auto Hold and Trail Response Modes. The Harrier features the R17 Titan Forged Alloys and the signature brand mascot on the doors.
Inside, the Safari gets Adventure Oak interiors, in Tan oak-inspired leatherette and quite rich tan accents in the cabin as well. The Safari comes with R18 Apex Forged Alloys and features the iconic mascot.
In terms of space, both cars haven't been compromised upon and Tata can boast of offering decent headroom and legroom in every seat of the car.
While both cars have some serious competition in its segment, Tata's pricing that loads it with features does give both cars an edge.
