Starting December 1, 2025, the stock market sees significant corporate actions. Engineers India declares an interim dividend, Computer Age Management Services announces a stock split, and Hindustan Unilever spins off Kwality Walls.
New Delhi: Many corporate actions are going to take place in the stock market in the coming week starting from December 1, 2025. According to the BSE website, Mini Diamonds India, Engineers India, Computer Age Management Services, Apis India and Hindustan Unilever will trade on ex-date.
Engineers India Interim Dividend
Shares of Engineers India Limited will trade ex-dividend on Thursday 4th December. The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 1 per share. The record date is also December 4. The dividend will be received by the shareholders on or before 19th December 2025.
Computer Age Management Stock Split
Computer Age Management Services Limited's stock split will take place on December 5. One old share will now be converted into five new shares. The record date has been fixed on 5th December.

Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) is doing a spin-off, which means the company is separating any of its business parts and forming a new independent company. With this, both companies will be able to focus better on their respective work. Generally, shareholders also get shares of the new company, which can benefit them from two different businesses.
Hindustan Unilever (HUL) is separating its ice cream company Kwality Walls. Kwality Walls will become a new separate company from 1 December 2025. Its name will be Kwality Walls (India) Limited (KWIL). This new company will be its own listed company i.e. its shares can be bought and sold separately in the stock market. Now the business of ice cream and other products will run separately.
Simens Energy India dividend
On 24 November, Simens Energy India recommended a dividend of Rs 4 per share. If this dividend is passed in the AGM, then it will be available from 18 February 2026. Simens Energy India's profit increased by more than 31 percent to 360 million rupees in the July-September quarter. It was Rs 274 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's earnings went up to Rs 2,646 crore from Rs 2,079 crore last year. The order backlog also increased by 47% to Rs 16,205 crore.
