The shares of Spright Agro Limited were trading at a price of just Rs 2.44 apiece. The counter has attracted investors in the last few days. The stock is in the news after it declared good April-June quarter 2025-26 results.
The stock of the agriculture-based company from Gujarat closed at Rs 2.33 on July 25. The counter hit upper circuit as the market opened on Monday by reaching Rs 2.44, which was the upper price band of 5 percent fixed for that day. Meanwhile, intraday it slipped to Rs 2.43 for a while, but it again gained and was trading at Rs 2.44.
Earlier, Spright Agro shares had fallen to the level of Rs 2.07 on BSE.

Spright Agro is a company engaged in the field of agriculture, which was started in the year 1994. Initially, the company was established as Tine Agro Limited.
The company’s business includes contract farming, greenhouse technology and modern agricultural methods. Various agricultural and horticultural crops, medicinal plants and greenhouse products are cultivated and produced by the company. The company has its own farms and leased lands where it grows the products. It exports agricultural products to domestic and international markets.
Spright Agro’s net income stood at Rs 3.13 crore in the fourth quarter of 2025-26. It recorded an exponential rise to Rs 62.16 crore, which is almost 19 times more. Talking about profits, the company had posted Rs 6.25 crore in the first quarter of the previous financial year, while it increased to Rs 9.15 crore in the recently ended June quarter.
