Upcoming IPOs next week & list of companies making debut on Stock Market
Next week marks a crucial period for stock market investors with at least six new IPOs opening for subscription between January 12-16, 2024. This includes one mainboard IPO (Amagi Media Labs) and five SME IPOs across diverse sectors like tech, energy, and manufacturing. Additionally, several companies are slated for market listing debuts, offering significant opportunities for market participants.
New Delhi: Next week is going to be very crucial for stock market investors as many IPOs will enter the market. Some of the IPOs will make their market debut, while other public issues will see their shares getting listed. From January 12 and 16, at least 6 IPOs are going to open for subscription. These include one mainboard IPO and 5 SME IPOs. These will include companies ranging from Digital Tech companies to energy, security and manufacturing sectors.
Amagi Media Labs IPO
The IPO of cloud-based SaaS company Amagi Media Labs will open from January 13 to January 16. Its price band has been fixed from Rs 343 to Rs 361 per share.
This IPO of Rs 1,788.62 crore includes a fresh issue of Rs 816 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 972.62 crore.
Under OFS, many existing investors including Trudy Holdings, Norwegian Venture Partners, Essel India, PI Opportunities Fund will sell their stake.

Narmadesh Brass Industries IPO
Issue Size: Rs 44.87 crore

Subscription: January 13-15

GRE Renew Enertech IPO
Issue Size: Rs 39.56 crore
Price Band: Rs 100-105
Subscription date: 13th to 16th January
Listing on BSE SME 21st January
Armour Security India IPO
Issue Size: Rs 26.51 crore
Price Band: Rs 55-57
Subscription: 14th to 19th January
Listing on NSE SME 22 January
Companies getting listed in the stock market next week are also quite high. These include Bharat Coking Coal, Gabion Technologies, Yajur Fibers, Victory Electric Vehicles and Diffrel Technologies.
