JEE Main 2026 correction window opens at jeemain.nta.nic.in; check edit fields here
Candidates who had registered for the JEE Main 2026 session 1 examination can edit their application form till December 2, 2025. The exam will be held from January 21 to 30, 2026.
New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 session 1 today, December 1. It has activated the JEE Main application form correction window on the official portal at jeemain.nta.nic.in
Interested candidates who have successfully submitted the JEE Main application form 2025 can edit the same through the official portal. The JEE Main correction window will be available till 11:50 pm on December 2. The JEE Main session 1 exams 2026 will be held from January 21 to 30, 2026. The JEE Main session 2 exams will be conducted from April 1 to 10, 2026. The entrance exam is conducted to pursue BTech/BE courses at premier colleges in the country.

JEE Main Correction Window 2026: How to edit application form?
Step 1: Visit the official portal of JEE Main at jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Search for the JEE Main 2026 session 1 edit window link on the homepage
Step 3: Start the correction facility after entering the login credentials.
Step 4: Edit the JEE Main application form with all details
Step 5: Submit the JEE Main registration form
Step 6: Download and keep the hard copy of edit application form for future need
JEE Main Edit Window: Check edit fields
Candidates are not allowed to edit the fields such as mobile number, email address, address (permanent and present), emergency contact details and the photograph of candidate. The NTA has allowed candidates to edit only one field among the candidate's name, father's name or mother's name. One can change the fields such as class 10, class 12, state code of eligibility, examination city selection, medium of the examination, date of birth, gender, category, sub-category and signature.
