Subject-wise revision tips

Equal attention needs to be given to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics but does not require equal time. Aspirants must prioritise topics with high weightage and with the one comfortable with to maximise the score. Simultaneously, to get accustomed to the paper pattern, mock tests are necessary to attempt. Aspirants also need to maintain physical and mental health to perform well on the exam day.

In the final two weeks, revision should be concise, targeted and repetitive. The key focus needs to be on short notes, formula sheets, reaction mechanisms and key concepts rather than full chapters. The previously attempted mock test questions needs to be revised specifically those answered incorrectly to avoid repeating mistakes.

Daily revision of formulas in Physics and Mathematics and named reactions, inorganic trends and organic mechanisms in Chemistry can significantly boost retention. Candidates also need to avoid starting new chapters, instead strengthen familiar topics to ensure accuracy and confidence during the exam.
