New Delhi: President of Russia Vladimir Putin begins his two-day visit to India on Thursday for the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit, marking his first trip in four years. As New Delhi and Moscow discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation including education Russia’s popularity as a destination for Indian medical aspirants is once again in focus.
