UGC NET December 2025: Application correction window opens today at ugcnet.nta.nic.in

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA)is all set to open the application correction window for the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2025 session. It has announced that the UGC NET December 2025 correction window will be available from November 10 to 12, 2025. 

The NTA has also announced that the UGC NET December 2025 exams will be conducted from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026. The online written exams will be conducted across the country at various exam centres.

The official notice reads, "No corrections will be accepted after 12 November 2025 (11:50 P.M.) under any circumstances. The additional fee (if applicable) shall be paid by the candidate concerned through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI only."

Earlier, the Agency has ended the registration process for the UGC NET Dec 2025 session on November 7. The NTA will be releasing the UGC NET exam city slip and admit card in due course on the official portal. 

Step 1: Open the official portal of UGC NET at ugcnet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Find the UGC NET correction window on the homepage 

Step 3: Fill in the login credentials. 

Step 4: Make the changes, if required 

Step 5: Submit the application form 

Step 6; Download and keep the hard copy of the registration form for future need

Candidates are allowed to make changes to Date of Birth, Category, Father's Name, and Mother's Name. They are not allowed to change the Name, Gender, Photograph, Signature, Mobile Number, Email Address, Permanent and Correspondence Address, or Examination city.
