New Delhi: Brad Pitt’s sports drama, F1: The Movie, which broke several box office records, is all set for its digital debut. The film was released in theatres on June 27, 2025 and grossed approximately Rs 4,800 crore globally. In India, the film’s storyline also turned into a meme fest as many compared it to Saif Ali Khan’s 2007 film, Ta Ra Rum Pum, due to uncanny similarities between both the films.

According to India Today report, Brad Pitt-starrer F1: The Movie will be available on Amazon Prime Video on rent from August 22 onwards. However, the film will makes its debut on Apple TV+ after it completes its theatrical run. The film is expected to start streaming on Apple TV+ somewhere between late September and early October. However, an official announcement is still awaited.

After being received well by the audiences globally, the film was re-released in August. The film achieved a significant milestone at the box office by minting USD592 million worldwide, including USD 183.1 million in North America and USD 409 million internationally. In India, the film crossed Rs 100 crore-mark, becoming the third Hollywood film to achieve this feat in the country.

The film revolves around Brad Pitt’s character Sonny Hayes, who was Formula 1’s most promising driver until he met with an accident on track that nearly ended his career. 30 years later, he makes a comeback on F1 track after the owner of the struggling Formula 1 team convinces Sonny to return to racing and become the best F1 driver in the world. Directed by Joseph Kosinskiit stars Brad Pitt, Damson Idris, and Javier Bardem.
