He added, "I want to live in peace. After everything is done, I will announce. I don't want to make any noise."  Thiba said that he felt Asrani was somehow aware he was nearing the end.

Asrani reveals how the actor was a simple man who wanted to pass away without creating a ruckus

Further, the manager recollected his cherished memories of Asrani, who wanted to live like a common man. "His nature was always of simplicity. I don't want to come into the limelight. I don't want to show off," said Thiba.

He went on to add that Asrani was not interested in being in the public eye. He claimed that Asrani asked for money from those wanting interviews, hoping it would just discourage them from approaching him any further.

"He was a man who used to make people laugh all his life. He left so quietly.  He was the way he wanted to be," recollected the manager.

The manager went on to cherish memories of the comical actor, who was deeply inspired by Ratan Tata, and spoke of how Asrani viewed him as a brother.

"As a person, I have worked with so many actors in my life. I have managed more than 40 actors in my life. But I have never seen such a simple person, such a good person, (4:10) such a good human being. I have never seen such a person. And they have never considered me as a manager. They used to tell the producer that he is my friend, my younger brother," said Thiba.
