Mumbai: The makers of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 just released a motion poster that grabbed the attention of users online. The new poster promises the audience nothing but fun and non-stop comedy. Earlier, the makers had hinted at the movie's plot, which featured a man entangled in four weddings.
The film, starring comedian Kapil Sharma as the lead, is all set to release in theatres on December 12, 2025. The poster showed Kapil, decked as a groom, entering on a doli. Four brides, played by Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhary, Parul Gulati, and Ayesha Khan, are seen lifting the doli, leaving Manjot Singh completely confused.
The poster hints at a hilarious movie filled with chaos, confusion and comedy. Kapil also announced the movie's poster release on Instagram. "Get ready for double the confusion, and 4 times the fun! KisKiskoPyaarKaroon2, laugh riot begins only in Cinemas on 12th December 2025," said Kapil in the caption.
Kapil Sharma's career in films
The movie marks Kapil's return to the big screen after the first installment.
It featured Arbaaz Khan, Manjari Fadnis, Simran Kaur Mundi, Elli Avram, Varun Sharma, Supriya Pathak, Sharat Saxena, and Manoj Joshi. Kapil Sharma first announced the second movie on Eid.
Directed by Anukalp Goswami, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, and Abbas-Mustan under Venus Worldwide Entertainment in association with Abbas Mustan Film Production. This family entertainer of the year will hit the big screens on 12th December, 2025.
Kapil has acted in a couple of movies. In 2017, the comedian was seen in Firangi, a period drama set during the British Raj. The film received mixed responses. After a hiatus from films, Kapil made a comeback through Zwigato (2023), directed by Nandita Das under the comedian's banner, K9 Films. Kapil played the part of a delivery worker struggling with life’s challenges, and proved he was open to experimenting with diverse characters.
