Must-watch Shah Rukh Khan-Karan Johar Bollywood films you simply cant afford to miss
Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar have delivered some remarkable films together that proved successful in winning the hearts of moviegoers. While the duo are close friends in real life, their bond enhances the charm and grace of their projects.
New Delhi: Ever since the inception of the Hindi film industry, we have seen plenty of actor-director duos who have changed the landscape of Bollywood. From Govinda and David Dhawan to Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the pairings have not only elevated the entertainment quotient of cinema but also caused mayhem at the Box Office by setting the cash registers ringing.
And, the ones who have re-defined new-age storytelling are Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar. It is no secret that they are great friends in real life, and their camaraderie is pretty evident in their theatrical projects.
Years back, during the launch of his book An Unsuitable Boy, KJo recalled when he met SRK for the first time. "I grew up feeling movie stars were unapproachable entities. I had then lost track with the generation because I was then in college days, and I was touching base with my father's side of the business. He took me to meet Shah Rukh signing for Duplicate," he said.
Karan added, "I had never met somebody who was a young movie star, who was so loved at that time, and everybody wanted him in their movies. Who was this animated, this conversational, just real person? The fact that he respected my father so much meant the world to me." And, the rest, as they say, is history.
Over the years, Shah Rukh and Karan gave some unforgettable flicks to fans, each time going a step ahead and achieving new milestones. Have a look!

The family drama was written by Karan as well. It centers around an adopted child who is disowned by his multi-millionaire father after he ties the knot with a poor girl. On IMDb (Internet Movie Database), Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is rated 7.4 out of 10, with insights from almost 60 thousand users of the digital platform.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
Shah Rukh appeared in the Ranbir Kapoor starrer for limited screen time. However, his character in the flick had a lasting impact. SRK came in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil to highlight the importance of unrequited love. It would be wrong to say that SRK's role went viral on social media and garnered the attention of cinema lovers.
So, for now, enjoy these movies! Well, this may be the end of the list, but we wish to see more collaborations from them in the near future.
