Bharat Bandh: 25 crore workers strike over labour codes, demand better wages and job security
The Bharat Bandh launched on Wednesday disrupted key sectors such as banking, postal operations, electricity, mining and public transport across the country. Protestors denounce the government's "anti-worker, anti-farmer, pro-corporate" stance and the dilution of worker protections under four new labour codes.
