The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Wednesday accused the AAP government in Punjab of misusing Rs 12,000 crore allocated under the disaster management fund. SAD leaders Harsimrat Kaur Badal and Daljit Singh Cheema demanded a probe under the Disaster Management Act, warning of risks to flood relief efforts.
