In Photos: Uttarakhand reels under devastating flash floods

At least four people have died and several are reported to be missing after a cloudburst triggered flash floods in the Dharali region of Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand. The floods swept away homes, trees and cars in Dharali, trapping approximately 60-70 people.
