Man kills wife and mother-in-law with scissors in Delhis Rohini

New Delhi: A woman and her mother were stabbed to death in Delhi's Rohini area on Saturday, allegedly by her husband. The accused attacked them with a pair of scissors, killing them on the spot. The double murder has sent shockwaves in the area.

Police recover murder weapon
Police, crime branch and forensic teams rushed to the scene and recovered the weapon. Officials said the murders appear to have stemmed from a domestic dispute.
"We broke the lock and entered the house. We saw that our mother had been stabbed. This happened around 3.30–4 pm. Our brother-in-law did this. The children are with him," Priya's brother told ANI.
Accused arrested, police begin questioning him
The accused initially fled after the attack but was later arrested. He is now being questioned to establish the exact motive behind the killings. Police said a detailed probe is underway, with all possible angles being examined.
