New Delhi: In a bizarre incident, several SUVs were parked in the Gurugram-Delhi expressway, creating an immense nuisance. More than 12 black coloured cars stood in the expressway as their occupants played loud songs and practised rash driving. One of the passengers sat on top of the car and was doing stunts.
In a viral video, a man can be seen sitting on the top of a car. He was grooving to the background music, and there was a national flag on the bonnet of the car. Also, it could be seen that men in an adjacent car were filming the incident.
Several cars were parked on the side of the Gurugram-Delhi expressway. Meanwhile, its occupants stood outside and recorded the surrounding area. A man from the first vehicle, claiming to be a Haryanvi actor, posed and danced while standing on the seat with the sunroof down.
Men from other vehicles also leaned out of sunroofs. The incident created a traffic commotion and scared fellow commuters. Police are trying to identify the accused and the vehicles. Earlier in August, a convoy of around 12 vehicles blocked a key intersection in Gurugram's Sector 108, reportedly to shoot content for social media. In that incident, two men stood on the seats of the Mercedes-Benz convertible with the roof down as others were filming them. The vehicles allegedly had illegal sirens, and they were blaring. The commotion brought traffic to a standstill for over seven minutes.
