New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed a rally in poll bound Bihar. While speaking in the state's Sitamarhi, the PM attacked the Opposition, especially the Rashtriya Janata Dal for years of 'misgovernance' of the state. He accused them of not doing anything for the state's development and said that all they did was arm the youth of the state with 'kattas'.

Bihar is voting in 2 phases in this year's Assembly Elections. While the first phase was held on November 6, the second one is scheduled for November 11. The results of the elections will be declared on November 14.
