Samajwadi Party sacks Akshay Yadav over fake blood donation video
Kolkata: On July 1 this year, on the birthday of Samajwadi Party's supremo Akhilesh Yadav, a worker of Yuva Jan Sabha of Ghazipur made a fake blood donation video which has become viral on social media.
The viral video urged viewers to click on it. Prepared by a Yuva Jan Sabha worker, the video shows fake blood donation and was released on Akhilesh Yadav's birthday. Taking action, the Samajwadi Party has removed District President of Yuva Jan Sabha Ghazipur, Akshay Yadav 'Rajesh', from the post with immediate effect.
Notably, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya extended birthday greetings to Akhilesh Yadav, wishing him a long and healthy life. CM Adityanath took to X and said, "Heartfelt birthday greetings to former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Akhilesh Yadav ji!”
Deputy CM Maurya also wished Yadav in a post on X, saying, "Heartiest birthday greetings and best wishes to SP president, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and MP Shri Akhilesh Yadav ji on his birthday!” He also wrote, "May you be blessed with good health and longevity by the grace of Lord Shri Ram, Lord Shri Krishna, and Mahadev."
Akhilesh Yadav is a former CM of Uttar Pradesh, and he is the son of Mulayam Singh Yadav, who founded the Samajwadi Party. He was born on July 1, 1973, in Saifai village of Etawah district.
