Telangana chemical plant blast kills 12

The death toll from a blast at the Sigachi Pharma plant in Telangana's Pashamylaram industrial estate rose to 12, with 34 injured, officials said. The explosion, caused by a suspected chemical reaction, also sparked a fire. Rescue efforts involved NDRF, SDRF, and ten fire engines.
