London: Some people are categorized as strange for their actions. One woman married a dolphin and called the mammal the "love of her life".
British Jewish millionaire Sharon Tendler married a dolphin named Cindy, short for Cinderella. Tendler had met the mammal 15 years ago and had waited so long to tie the knot.
Their modest wedding took place in 2006 in the southern Israeli port of Eilat at the Dolphin Reef. Tendler wore a white gown with a veil. She knelt down and gave the mammal a treat and a kiss.

Speaking of her decision, the woman stated that Cindy was the love of her life. "It's not a perverted thing. I do love this dolphin," said the woman to Fox News.
Tendler, a clothing entrepreneur, travels very often to Israel. The woman revealed that she always knew she was going to be with Cindy.
She also claimed that it did not bother her that her marriage to the mammal would not be recognised legally. "It's not a bad thing. It's just something that we did because I love him, but not in the way that you love a man. It's just a pure love that I have for this animal," said the woman.
Tendler, without dismissing any plans to be married to a human in the future, said that she was focused at the moment to be a one-dolphin woman.
Speaking of her mammal spouse, the woman said that Cindy was going to have a lot of fun with the other girls. She also wished for Cindy to have a lot of dolphin babies.
"The more dolphins, the better," said the millionaire.
