Scheme will help bring modern facilities
Rural Development Minister Ganesh Joshi recently reviewed the progress of the scheme. He asked officials to work in a planned and timely manner to ensure that the development reaches every selected village. He said that the scheme will help bring modern facilities, support agriculture and horticulture, and create a safe and clean environment.
The Vibrant Village Scheme also aims to boost tourism, which will bring more income to local people. With better roads and facilities, tourists will be able to visit these beautiful but less explored areas. This will also help in strengthening national security by keeping the border villages populated and active.
