New Delhi: A shocking incident has come to light from the Nalasopara area of Palghar district in Maharashtra. In the gruesome case, a woman, with the help of her lover, murdered her husband and buried his body six feet beneath the floor of their house. After the burial, they re-laid tiles over the spot and continued to live there, with the woman reportedly spending intimate moments with her lover in the same room.
According to available information, the body of a man named Vijay Chauhan who is of the age 35 and a resident of Om Sai Welfare Society in Dhaniv Baug area of Nalasopara East, was recovered from about six feet beneath the ground inside his own home. The incident has sent shockwaves across the locality. The morning of Monday, which is July 21, turned out to be startling for the residents of Dhaniv Baug, when it was reported from the Om Sai Welfare Society that Vijay Chauhan had been murdered and buried inside his house. His wife was found missing, along with a 20-year-old youth named Sonu Sharma. He lived nearby.
The police were immediately called and then a team rushed to the spot, which was accompanied by a large crowd, including local leaders and residents. At this point, the police have not said anything further, saying that the investigation is still ongoing and they will share more details once a conclusion is reached.
