1. Dal Tadka

A speedy version of slow-cooked dals, you can use any dal of your choice and pressure cook it for instant preparation, temper with ghee, garlic, cumin, red chilli and pour over the dal in the cooker, let it cook for 10 minutes and serve hot with rice or roti.

2. Masala Jowar Khichdi

A fibre-rich twist to your usual khichdi, add jower in a pressure cooker along with moong dal, turmeric, salt and jeera, temper with ghee, ginger, hing and red chilli for flavours. Serve hot with a dollop of ghee for an ultimate dinner prepared in 15 minutes.

3. Tawa veg handi

Restaurant-style handi vegetables cooked in onion-tomato gravy on a high flame. Topped with kasuri methi and fresh curd for the richness, takes about 20 minutes to deliver the authentic flavours.

4. Aloo methi akhrot sabji

Nutty in flavour, saute potatoes, methi, crushed walnuts and garlic, cover it and cook for 15 minutes for perfect meal options.

5. Besan chilla

Instant protein-packed dinner idea, chop vegetables, make a besan batter, add turmeric, coriander, salt and veggies, pour on tawa and let it turn golden brown. Serve with chtuney for an ultimate dinner ready in just 12 minutes.
