Often, dehydration is the cause of severe hair fall and can lead to baldness in women and men equally. It directly leads to shedding and weakness of hair.

How much water is enough in a day?

It is important to keep in mind, drinking coffee, sodas, and other sources of caffeine can lead to dehydration. So, ensure drinking a glass of water for every caffeinated beverage you intake.

Water intake permits the body to do its necessary functions. So, by staying hydrated, you allow the body and your hair to function best.

If you do not like the intake of plain water, just consume it in other forms too. Beverages like daal water, coconut water, green tea, aloe vera juice, and berry smoothies work as important nutrients to promote flawless hair.
