1. Begin by rinsing 1 cup of sabudana and soaking these in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
2. In the morning, drain off the water completely and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, chopped green chilies and sauté for a minute.
4. Then, add roasted peanuts, the soaked sabudana, sugar and salt to taste and mix these well. Don’t forget to stir after you put each ingredient in the pan.
5. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame and keep stirring in between before pouring the lemon juice to the pan.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
