New Delhi: Moong dal ki poori is a popular dish made during different celebrations like Hartalika Teej and Ganesh Chaturthi in Eastern UP and Bihar. Served usually with kheer, dahi bade, and kaddu ki sabji, it is a famous deep-fried bread recipe made with mung bean or green gram paste and wheat flour.
