Along the banks of the Chandubi Lake, there live a few families that offer traditional Assamese thalis.

The riverfront offers boat riding and picnic facilities for travellers to experience a slice of riverside life.

4.       Mayong

One of the most unique tourist spots in Assam is Mayong, famously known as the ‘Land of Black Magic’. The place got its name from ancient manuscripts that described mystical rituals being practised. 5.      Jatinga

Situated in the Dima Hasao district, Jatinga is one of the must-visit places in Assam.
