1. In a small bowl, take the grated coconut, chopped nuts, green chillies and sendha namak together. Mix it well and keep it aside.
2. In another big bowl, prepare a tight dough of mashed potatoes mixed with any vrat flour and salt. Knead everything nicely with your hands till everything comes together into a smooth, slightly tight dough.
3. Take a small portion of the potato dough with your hand and flatten it in your palm. Place half a spoon of nut and coconut filling in the centre, then carefully bring the sides together to seal them.
4. Once sealed, give it the shape of a patty. Repeat the same for the rest of the dough.
5. Take a frying pan or a flat tawa and apply some ghee to it. Carefully place all the aloo tikkis in the pan and fry them on medium heat until both sides turn nice, golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve the tikkis hot with curd and vrat coriander chutney.
