Jansen finished with excellent figures of 6/48 off his 19.5 overs as South Africa bundled out India for a paltry 201 in their first innings to amass a big lead of 289 runs. Marco Jansen puts South Africa on the cusp of victory in 2nd Test

Jansen's all-round heroics have put South Africa on the cusp of a stellar victory in the second Test and a historic series victory against India. Courtesy of his six-fer, the Proteas bowled out India for 201 runs to secure an emphatic 289-run lead and extended it to 306 runs at stumps on Day 3.

South Africa had the chance to enforce follow-on against India, however, they decided to bat again to hand an imposing target to the hosts in their second innings. India will need a mighty effort with the bat in their second innings to salvage a draw, let alone win the Test  match.
