Apple Watch Ultra 3 coming soon: Expected features, specs and launch timeline

Apple is set to launch the much-anticipated Apple Watch Ultra 3, to complete a protracted period of approximately two years since its last significant overhaul. The new model is set to be released in September as part of Apple's fall event, which is usually done on the iPhone and Apple Watch lines.

Apple did not launch a new Ultra last year and simply added a new colour to the Ultra 2. However, this year it has some reports of a total upgrade. It is expected that the launch event will occur sometime around Monday, September 8, where pre-orders will begin within the same week, and the official release may follow the said date on Friday, September 19.

Apple Watch Ultra 3 is rumoured to have a number of upgrades which makes it equivalent to Series 10.
