New Delhi: An Indian man praised Canada and went on to explain why he wasn't ready to return to India. Content creator Sahil Narang shared a video with a voice-over in Hindi, detailing the various factors that made him fall in love with his life in Canada.

He started the video by declaring his appreciation for the Western country and also introducing himself. He claimed that everyone was paid a minimum wage, and if you were skilled, you could go on to make even more. "I have been living in Canada for more than three years. In Canada, every province has its own minimum wage. No matter what job you do, you are guaranteed to earn at least that amount. And trust me, if you’re talented and have solid experience in a good field, you can end up earning a great deal here," shared the man.

Narang went on to state that people in Canada, irrespective of their social status, religiously followed the rules without constant reminders from the authorities. "Here everyone follows the rules, regardless of whether you’re rich or poor. The best part is that there is no enforcement to make people follow them, they choose to follow the rules on their own," said Narang.

He also praised the Canadian government for adding to the social life of residents by organising events and other activities. "The government does a lot for its residents, organising so many festivals that they truly make you feel at home. Every day, every week, every month, there is always something happening, whether it is snowing heavily, scorching hot, or anything in between. This country never stops. If you’re doing well and earning well, you will experience the best days of your life here," said the man on Instagram.

Netizens were split. While some were happy for him, others wanted him to explore India more. There were also others who claimed that it was sad to see people dissing Canada on social media.
