Kolkata: Amanta Healthcare IPO is a mainboard issue that is designed to raise Rs 126 crore from the market by issuing only fresh shares which are 1 crore in number. Amanta Healthcare is a pharmaceutical company that manufactures fluid therapy formulations, IV fluids, diluents, ophthalmic solutions, respiratory care products, irrigation solutions, first-aid products and eye lubricants in the medical device segment. The Ahmedabad-based company also manufactures medical devices.
According to investorgain, Amanta Healthcare IPO GMP stood at Rs 28 on the morning of September 1. It signals a listing gain of 22.226%. Investorgain data show that GMP was Rs 20 on August 25, which pointed at a listing gain of 15.87%. However, it must be kept in mind that GMP (Grey Market Premium) is an unofficial indicator that changes with time and does not guarantee anything, listing gain or loss.
Amanta Healthcare IPO opens for public bidding on Monday, September 1, 2025. The bidding process will close on September 3, 2025. The allotment of Amanta Healthcare IPO will be decided on September 4, 2025. The share will be listed on BSE and NSE on September 9. On September 8, shares will be credited to the demat account of successful bidders. Refund of application money for the unlucky bidders will also be done on the same day.
The Amanta Healthcare IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 120-126. For a retail investor, the minimum investible lot is 119 shares. Accordingly, the minimum amount of application money is Rs 14,994. For sNII category of investors, the lot size has 1,666 shares and for bNII category of investors the minimum number of shares to be bid has 7,973 shares.
Beeline Capital Advisors is the book running lead manager and MUFG Intime India is the registrar of the issue.
According to the prospectus, the revenue of Amanta Healthcare dipped by 2% and PAT (profit after tax) rose by 189% in FY25 compared against FY24. The total income of the company stood at Rs 262.70 and PAT at Rs (-)2.11 in FY23. The total borrowing of the company stood at Rs 195 crore, Rs 205.23 crore and Rs 215.66 crore for FY25, FY24 and FY23 respectively.
