New Delhi: Colab Platform has witnessed a phenomenal surge in its stock for the past 24 consecutive days. The share has been continuously hitting upper circuit in the  last few sessions. The company is a technology-oriented firm that operates in the realm of information technology and its associated services. The firm also operates in the computer hardware and software processing segment.

The shares of Colab Platform were trading at Rs 48.53 per equity share on the BSE on July 22, 2025. The stock has rallied around 60 percent over the last month. The stock has given a YTD (year-to-date) return of around 208 percent, and in the last one year it has given returns of around 536 percent.

The company, in its January-March quarterly data for the fiscal year 2025 (FY25), has reported a revenue worth Rs 20.49 crore, a net profit of Rs 95 lakh, and an EBITDA earning of Rs 1.25 crore. Colab Platform declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.01 per share on April 25th, 2025.

As per Puneet Singh, Managing Director, Colab Platform, the stock had announced that the company is venturing into the rapidly expanding sector, esports, as per the company filing. This new initiative aimed at creating a gaming ecosystem that is suited for both casual and professional gamers.

The company is working on developing a player-centered competitive gaming platform, which would be India's digital-first generation, he further added.

The platform is expected to include low-barrier, high-frequency competitive tournament formats and proprietary game servers—starting with Counter-Strike 2 and later venturing into AAA and mobile games, he added.

Esports has witnessed the global transformation. The segment started with basic beginnings and later transformed into a billion-dollar global industry. In 2024, the industry reached the valuation of $1.7 billion, with projections expecting it to surpass $6 billion by 2030, he further added.

Additionally, the company has launched a Rs 250 million 'Accelerator Program' to usher in a sports-tech innovation ecosystem in India.

As per Trendlyne data, Colab Platform has witnessed two stock splits and has issued bonus shares since its listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Lately, the stock split announcement came on 21st May 2025 with a ratio of 2:1. The previous stock split announcement came on 19th March 2024 with a ratio of 1:1.
